Our mission is to unlock a world of opportunity for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

No child should face barriers to opportunities..

We are DRYV, an impact-driven organization empowering youth by providing education on women’s rights, mental health, digital literacy, and career development, creating opportunities for those from low socioeconomic backgrounds in Afghanistan and the UK.

UK-Based Programs

Empowering communities through education, advocacy, mentorship, and refugee support across the UK and beyond.

Refugee Support in the UK

We provide mentorship, connect refugees to employment opportunities, and offer career guidance to support refugees in rebuilding their lives.

Bridging Opportunities

We advocate for accessible, quality education for all children, especially in low-income countries.
Our campaign empowers young change makers to engage with policymakers, pushing for greater investment in early childhood education systems worldwide.
Through public advocacy, policy dialogues, and community engagement, we work to ensure that every child, regardless of their background has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

Afghanistan-based projects

Our work in Afghanistan focuses on early childhood education, women empowerment, mental health, digital literacy, and empowering young people to building stronger and safer communities

Teacher training

A core training program designed to strengthen teaching practices for early learners.
We empower educators to create engaging, inclusive, psychologically safe and effective classrooms.

Mentorship

This programme supports young learners by nurturing curiosity, confidence, and resilience. We create inclusive learning environments where children are empowered to participate and build self-belief.

Mental health training

As one of the first organisations of its kind, we are building informed, resilient learning environments that place mental health at the heart of education and long term wellbeing. By training teachers and to recognise, understand, and support students’ emotional needs, we strengthen the first line of support for young people.

Neurodiversity training

Our neurodiversity training is one of the first programmes of its kind, designed to build understanding, acceptance, and meaningful inclusion of neurodivergent individuals. We work to shift perspectives by recognising neurodiversity as a natural and valuable part of human difference.

Educate Men, Empower Women

This project supports students in learning about respect, fairness, and equality from an early age. Through age appropriate discussions and activities, students explore human rights, gender equality, and the importance of empathy and mutual respect. The programme encourages critical thinking, challenges stereotypes, and helps young people develop the values needed to contribute to safe, inclusive, and respectful school communities.
